DELIVERY
INFORMATION
Our aim is to ensure that buying from us is as simple and pleasurable as possible. We therefore offer a nice straightforward delivery service and do everything we can to keep postage costs as low as possible. We do not seek to profit from our delivery service and we do not charge for packing and handling. We only add the basic price that we get charged for delivering your items to your door, which is charged to you at cost.
Some of our items fall into the category of either Small, Medium or Large and are relatively cheap and easy to package and ship. However, because of the type of products that we sell, many are either heavy, large, expensive, or fragile (or all 4!) which means they need to be treated differently and often need to be insured while in transit.
It is therefore most appropriate (and most cost effective for you) for us to provide individual prices for postage rather than to try and apply a flat rate. These costs are defined in the table below and are clearly stated and automatically added to your order as soon as you add items to your basket so you can always see exactly how much your order adds up to before you commit to your purchase.

Orders are usually dispatched on the same working day for in-stock items (provided you place your order before 3pm) and 2-3 working days if they need to be ordered from the central warehouse. Items will generally arrive with you 48 hours after dispatch but often less.

All items are very carefully packed so that they arrive in perfect condition and all higher value items will be insured whilst in transit.

Delivery times are based on working days so please remember to allow for bank holidays and weekends.

Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and most will require a signature. However, for your comvemience you can request a different delivery adress to your registered card address, such as your place of work.
The Couriers that we use are all excellent, but it is still important that your goods are inspected before being signed for as no damage in transit claim can be made once a product has been signed for as being in good condition. Please therefore ensure that you unpack your product and inspect it carefully wherever possible. If this is not practical then please sign for the goods as being "Unchecked". I’m sure you’ll understand that we cannot offer compensation for items that have not been inspected properly but have been accepted by way of a signature. If there is obvious damage, please ask for the goods to be returned to us immediately and refuse to accept them.
If we have any problems with your order whatsoever then we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.
